The Brief

How do you make yoga a platform for like-minded people to stay healthy, educate themselves and create positive social change?

Human.Kind Studios, located in the Adelaide CBD, is more than a space for yoga. It integrates classes, therapies, education and activism.

Human.Kind believes ‘healthy people are the first step to a healthy planet’, and it strives to shape the world by creating healthy, socially conscious communities.

Fuller was entrusted with developing a new brand identity for the progressive studio, that reflected its beliefs, and spoke to its loyal and progressive community.

A MESSAGING EVOLUTION

Before working on the visual identity, Fuller developed comprehensive brand messaging for the studio.

The Human.Kind brand story was centred around ‘evolution’: a person has to evolve into someone who wants to ‘be healthy’ or ‘make positive change.’

Human.Kind is a catalyst for personal and collective evolution.

We developed a raw, conversational tone of voice that expressed the brand’s personality and its beliefs of belonging, collectiveness and purpose.

The punchy messaging played on variations of the brand name to build an association with social topics the studio was passionate about.

WHAT DOES MOVEMENT LOOK LIKE?

The new visual identity captured Human.Kind’s essence of movement and togetherness.

It positioned the brand as a space for transformation of body and mind, and a spark for social change.

It was complemented by an expressive colour palette and bold photography.

Together with the brand story, the design assets created an ethos that brought the Human.Kind brand to life on social media, merchandise, in-studio signage and other marketing collateral.

The new Human.Kind brand opened up a new chapter of evolution for its existing customers, and invited new health enthusiasts to join a movement for positive change.
