Andreas Heikaus

Our globe-trotting Motion Graphics Designer, Andreas, arrived at Fuller with a suitcase full of creative ideas, outstanding technical skills and experience working on some of the world’s most well-known brands.

After graduating from university, German-born Andreas launched his career at two of Germany’s top post-production studios, where he developed commercials for brands including Volkswagen, Toyota, Hungry Jacks and Sony, as well as several music videos and short films.

After four years, with the surf and a range of his favourite exotic birds calling, Andreas and his wife Maike quit their jobs and purchased two one-way tickets to Australia where they “lived the dream” travelling around in a campervan, before settling down in Darwin.

There, Andreas worked at the largest film production house in the Northern Territory, on campaigns for Screen Australia and Tourism NT. Finally, Andreas and Maike arrived in Adelaide in 2020.

At Fuller, Andreas uses After Effects, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and more to create animations, develop visual effects and edit video content for our clients.

Qualifications

University of Applied Science Hannover, Bachelor of Arts (Design and Visual Communications)
